When I was 10, I traveled with him to the World Pizza Championships in Italy. I didn’t compete—but I soaked in everything. That trip lit a fire in me I’ve never let go of.
Since then, I’ve worked in kitchens, earned a business degree, and traveled to 7+ countries tasting food, studying culture, and dreaming big.
I’ve spent thousands of hours cooking, experimenting, and crafting recipes that just hit right.
